Friendly and accommodating staff made for a cute experience.
The room was shockingly cramped and poorly maintained. I found the pillows to be flat and uncomfortable, leading to sleepless nights. The noise from the nearby street was relentless, disrupting any chance of peace.

Gorgeous and sensational breakfast with quick meals, fantastic location. Decent sized and nicely furnished room with a spacious private bathroom, reasonably good staff. A pleasant stay for 2 nights.

It was central and was easy to find our way around the centre of Murcia, useful having a car park

The beautiful double room felt cramped, akin to a standard room with only a larger shower. No coffee or tea-making facilities present, and the hotel has an outdated vibe with telephones and fax machine connections visible. The courtyard view wasn't much to admire with air-conditioning units outside was nice.

Nice room, pleasant staff, good coffee in cafe.
Not in the best area of the city. Too much smoking by guests. No matter where you went it smelled of smoke. Not good directions to get to the hotel. We were lost but got a police escort to find it!

We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child aged 9. We were given a junior suite which had fantastic facilities. The suite did not have a view to speak of (overlooked another set of rooms) However this did not cause us a problem and there are rooms which have views and balconies.

The room was just average, and I expected more for my 'special' visit. The beds were far from comfortable. I also woudl ve appreciated a complimentary upgrade, given the chaos. Absolutely disapointing! I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Exceptionally nice and unbeatable location to Mar Menor. Neat rooms provided with a spacious private bathroom, spa bath, as for instance. Cooperative staff with good manners.

the location, their parking lot, the staff
no breakfast was served at the hote. There was a cafeteria, adjacent to the hotel, but it was noisy and received not only guests, but people in general

The bed in my room was comfortable. I really appreciated the spacious shower in the bathroom, equipped with good quality toiletries. The breakfast offered a good variety, especially the fresh pastries and delicious coffee. Navigating the hallway proved to be a bit challenging due to some steps, which wasn't ideal. I also noticed that the air conditioning in my room didn't cool as efficiently as I hoped, causing some discomfort during the nights. Unfortunately, I could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my peace at times. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to attractions but still quiet enough for a good night's rest.
